Our Contract With You
These terms and conditions are a contract between you and Face The Brave. By visiting, using or placing an order on our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. Please read this agreement carefully. If you do not agree with it you should leave our website immediately.
1.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. We will confirm receipt of an order via email.
1.2 We can not guarantee items advertised on our website are available. As such, all orders are subject to availability.
1.3 In the event of unavailable items, you will be notified via email. We will offer you alternatives or you may choose to cancel all or part of your order.
1.4 Dispatch times may vary depending on stock and demand. Orders can take up to 30 days during peak times. In the event of a longer delay we will notify you via email and offer alternatives along with an option to cancel all or part of your order.
1.5 We can not be held responsible for any late or failed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
1.6 You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
1.7 The price payable for items on our website may be changed by us at any time. We will never change a price so as to affect the amount charged to you at the time of purchasing those items. In the event of a refund on an item where a price has changed, you will be reimbursed the amount you paid and not the price displayed on our website.
1.8 When placing an order you agree to provide true and accurate details and guarantee that you are the authorised user of the credit/debit card used to purchase your order.
1.9 While every effort is made to accurately depict products on our website, it's possible that colours and design may vary slightly to the items you receive.
1.10 We aim to provide accurate product details on our website, however errors can sometimes occur. If we discover a price or description error relating to your order we will inform you via email as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. In the event of no reply, we will accept the order as cancelled and issue a full refund where applicable.
1.11 Applicable delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout.
1.12 This contract is covered by English Law.
1.13 This agreement is made only in the English language. If there is any conflict in meaning between the English language version of this agreement and any version or translation in any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
Placing An Order
2.1 The price payable for items that you order is clearly set out in our website.
2.2 Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before placing an order.
2.3 You are required to pay in full at the time of ordering.
2.4 Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use one or more online payment service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.
2.5 If you have made an error on your order please use the contact form to notify us of this error as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name, address, email and order number and any other relevant information so that we can locate your order easily. We can not guarantee that your order will not have already been dispatched. We can not be held responsible for items dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by you.
Delivery and Carriage Charges
3.1 You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
3.2 While we aim to process orders within 5 days of receipt, this may take up to 30 days during busy periods. If dispatch is delayed longer than 30 days you will be notified via email with alternatives along with an option to cancel all or part of your order.
3.3 We may deliver your order in instalments if items are not all available at the same time for delivery.
3.4 Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail to the address stipulated in your order. If your parcel can not be delivered due to incorrect address or failure to follow delivery instructions, and is returned to us we will contact you to rearrange delivery. This may be subject to further delivery charges.
3.5 It is important to check your items at delivery. If items are faulty or damaged we should be notified within 2 days of receipt.
3.6 Please let us know as soon as possible if your items are lost or damaged in transit.
3.7 Time for delivery specified on the order, if any, is an estimate only and shall not be of the essence.
Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Returns and exchanges are offered within 14 days of receipt.
4.2 You have 14 days to send the items back to us in order for a refund or replacement to be accepted.
4.3 Returned items must be deemed fit for resale. Items which have been worn or washed will not be accepted or refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.
4.4 Please take care when trying on items which may need returning. It's possible that makeup, fragrances and deodorant will leave marks on the product. Items which are marked or stained will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
4.5 Initial delivery costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
4.6 In order to return items to us, please print and follow the instructions on the Returns Form and include it when sending items back to us so we know who it's from. Please be aware that you are responsible for any costs incurred in returning items back to us. We recommend using a tracking service or obtain a proof of postage as the returning items remain your responsibility until they reach us. As soon as your items have been received and an exchange or refund has been processed we will send an email to confirm this.
4.7 Refunds will be issued as soon as possible on receipt of goods but no later than 14 days after receipt. You will be notified by email at the time of refund. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
4.8 Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. While we aim to deal with these as priority, please be aware that exchanges are subject to availability and may take longer during peak periods.
4.9 If there is a fault with your item, we are very sorry in advance for the inconvenience. Please contact us so that we can make things right as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name, address, email and order number and any other relevant information.
4.10 Most of our products feature vinyl motifs. It is not recommended to tumble dry these items or directly iron the motif. Wash instructions are visible on the website, swing tag and garment itself. We will not accept fault or issue a refund if you have failed to follow the wash care label advice and instructions.
4.11 If you have received an incorrect order or something is missing, we are very sorry in advance for the inconvenience. Please contact us so that we can make things right as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name, address, email and order number and any other relevant information.
4.12 You have the right to cancel and receive a full refund for any item from your order under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations. Order cancellations must be made within 7 days of delivery of your order in writing to: Face The Brave, Suite 3, Lymm Court, 11 Eagle Brow, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 0LP. Make sure you quote your name, address and order number. Once you have cancelled your order you have 14 days from receipt to return the items. Item(s) must be in original condition and deemed fit for resale.

5.1 You may use our website for your own purposes. You are permitted to download product information for your own personal use in connection with the purpose of this website.
5.2 You must not modify, copy or cause damage to any portion of this website.
5.3 No part of our website should be reproduced online or offline without our express written consent.
5.4 You may create a hyperlink to our website for the purpose of promoting an interest common to both of us. You can do this without specific permission.
